I literally enjoy this place too much. The service is great and the food is delicious. And is one a few places in town that has reasonable prices. I had the Chiquitos today and it was excellent. Inside a tip get the green sauce.

This for the chicken chile verde special that was on the wall. My girlfriend had it and she loved it. It reminded her of her mom's tamale filling and the potato's remain consistently crispy.

Took a walk and stopped into a corner cafe for breakfast. EVERYTHING went well! So sad that I've been visiting For a week and just discovered what I've been looking for... For a long time. Delicious coffee flavored coffee!! Seemed to me it was a thing of the past. Everything was delicious. Best blueberry pancakres I''ve ever Ihad! Most blueberries I''ve seen are n a pancake. Plate was even garnished with perfectly ripe fruit. AND THE. SERVER WAS WONDERFUL

Great breakfast choices and super service with great music... just like days of old! Tom and Kathi

Came back to Egg Heaven to my continued delight. The ham steak was grilled perfectly with their signature potatoes which for whatever reason I didn't upgrade with all the fixings to make them over the top....next time! Service was extremely attentive n food came back piping hot. Ambiance hasn't changed....continues to look your grandma's lived in kitchen who by the way loves Elvis. Come see for yourself.

Egg Heaven is reopened and good as ever! My partner and I had breakfast at Egg Heaven Cafe the other day and it was worth the wait for them to re-open. The place was pretty busy and we had to wait a little bit to be seated but, it was worth the wait. The waitresses were ALL very friendly, there were lots of food selections, including vegetarian and, the food was very good! If you're looking for a hidden neighborhood 'go to' restaurant, this is your place.

Management made the right choice by going back to the old crew and bringing back the old menu. Seeing the familiar faces and hearing the people talk over and over about how good the food is again is great. And yes it is I ate every last bite off my plate. EGG HEAVEN is back!!!

First time here. Nice early 60's music playing. Local, dated cafe vibe. Menu prices average $15-$16 an item. Coffee $4. Food came out fast and piping hot. Vegetarian Chorizo Omelette was very flavorful. The Green salsa & Red salsa tasted homemade. It was nice to see they were kept in a refrigerator. Green salsa had a nice thick consistency, mild and bold flavor-- my favorite. Red salsa was also mild. I prefer a little more of a kick, but l still considerate a tasty salsa. Both salsas were nice accompaniment to my dish, especially on my potato's. I will definitely be back!

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen came out to support the places she loves in the magical city of Long Beach. Egg Heaven has recently reopened and needs their locals back! The setting is quaint, the breakfast foods are amazing, and best of all, the staff are super kind! We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we entered. Please come and support our local businesses! Another lovely Long Beach moment! The end.
